Use:

• Before using for the first time, soak the strands in lukewarm water for a few minutes to soften them
• Add a spoonful of ube powder to a bowl
• Pour in hot water (approx. 70-80°C) and whisk in a rapid "M" until you obtain a light foam
• Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air dry
